1. When was your company founded?

EstroWeb has been providing high-quality hosting services to customers since 2011. We are a profitable, privately-owned company. Many of our customers have been with us since the day we opened!

2. How many locations do you have?

Currently we have 2 datacenter located at Netherlands, one in Amsterdam and another in Meppel.

3. Do you offer 24/7 technical support?

No, We provide support during office business hours which are 10 AM to 5 PM Monday to Saturday. However, client can send us email or support ticket anytime and we respond them as soon as we can.

4. How do you offer such low prices?

We're able to offer some of the lowest pricing in the industry because we run an efficient operation and keep our overhead low, allowing us to pass the savings on to our customers.

5. Do you give multi server or other discounts?

Yes, we do offer volume discounts for customers purchasing multiple servers, and we also offer discounts for 3, 6, or 12-month pre-payment terms. Contact us for further details.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept a lot of payment methods which includes PayPal, Webmoney, PerfectMoney, Bitcoins and SEPA Bank Transfer.
